3. We moved into our current shop at 821 Bradley Avenue in Cheyenne later in 1978. Expansions in 1984, 1991, 2002 and 2005 enlarged our facility to its current 60,000 square feet.

Schroll Cabinets started in 1974 with one employee and 2,000 square feet of production and storage space.
Schroll Companies are solely owned by John and Mike Schroll. They are active in the daily operation of all aspects of the business. How many other cabinet companies have owners you can ask for by name and talk to on the phone?
Modern technology has been introduced over the last decade to keep pace with the growing demand for high quality materials. We barcode the thousands of parts we produce each week to manage our huge inventory.
We added CNC machining in 1996. This technology automates the cutting of raw lumber into just the right shapes and sizes we need for that day's manufacturing, optimizing the use of both time and materials.
We now have more than 60,000 square feet of production space.
We buy only hardwoods from the northern forests of the United States.
Order processing at Schroll is a major undertaking. We gather up individual orders into "bundles" of factory work to be optimized. These bundles represent literally thousands of unique wood parts in hundreds of different shapes, sizes and finishes—all of which are assembled together to create the West's best cabinets.
The Schroll finish is one of the best in the industry. Cabinet exteriors have a high-quality, hand-wiped stain. A high-solids, vinyl-modified conversion sealer is applied, then hand sanded. Finally, we apply our catalyzed conversion varnish for a crystal-clear, lustrous and extremely durable finish.
When it's finished and ready to ship, we wrap our cabinetry with corner protectors and plastic wrap to ensure it arrives at its destination unscathed.
For local orders, Schroll delivers all of its cabinets on company trucks to homes and businesses throughout the region. When you see a Schroll truck drive by, you'll know the cabinets were built right here in Cheyenne and are destined for lasting function and beauty somewhere nearby.
Schroll fabricates custom countertops—including solid wood tops, butcherblock, granite, Corian, Silestone, soapstone and laminates—many in our own factory-certified facility. We also deliver and install them locally.
